"Rewind is not available because you're not in a git repository."

### Describe the bug

I don't use git, I use [another version control system](https://docs.jj-vcs.dev/latest/). Rewind is an essential feature - please allow me to use it. In the vscode of copilot, it works without the need for git.

### Affected version

GitHub Copilot CLI 0.0.406.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. `jj git init --no-colocate`
2. `copilot`
3. Press escape twice.

### Expected behavior

Rewinding should work, or should describe some setting that enables it to work.
