Duplicate work labels

### Describe the bug

It's somewhat common for CP to write the same item several times in a row (like 5 in a second).

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

I don't know what the specific steps are, however, it has done this for months.

### Expected behavior

Just display one work label for each tasks. This is what CC does.
