CodeQL Package Manger and CodeQL Packs Beta Status

**Description of the issue**

Is there any plan for the codeql package manager and codeql packs to come out of beta? Will these be supported long term or are there any plans to deprecate them? Looking at the CodeQL documentation, it says that [both the package manager and codeql packs are still in beta](https://docs.github.com/en/code-security/codeql-cli/using-the-advanced-functionality-of-the-codeql-cli/creating-and-working-with-codeql-packs#:~:text=Note%3A%20The,action/releases.) which makes me hesitant to use them.

Review the linked CodeQL documentation for the package manager and CodeQL packs, then compare its beta wording with their current status. Done means establishing whether they are intended for long-term support or scheduled for deprecation and updating the issue with that decision.
