Release preparation commits show "invalid-email-address" on GitHub

**Description of the issue**

The "Release preparation for version ..." commits in this repository show "invalid-email-address" here on the GitHub UI at some places (it is not completely consistent though where this is shown). For example:

The reason is most likely that the committer e-mail address is `github-actions@github.com`, while it should probably be `41898282+github-actions[bot]@users.noreply.github.com` (see https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/26560).
