I am running on conda env.

The report names cpp/tools/autobuild.sh and its detect_source_root step; start by reproducing the database creation command against the reported C/C++ source tree. Compare the tree's build entry point with the build-system checks shown in the log. Done means the command can create a database for this project, or the unsupported-build limitation is clearly established.
