I put a PR link as a repo link to start a new session and it failed :(. I think it should successfully go to the base repo and then automatically move me to the PR source branch

Reproduce the issue in the GitHub Copilot app version 0.2.6 on Windows 10, starting from the /health path and using a pull request URL where a repository URL is expected. Check that the session resolves the base repository and then switches to the pull request's source branch; completion means the session starts successfully with that branch selected.
