Able to use custom git server with SSH password

### What problem are you trying to solve?

I have a personal git server based on gitlab CE edition which SSH key password. When I try to use local folder as repo it attempt to clone the folder for worktree and since it won't ask for password or ssh it failed. I understand issue and PR might not be available for such case but personal git should be support as we are looking for Agentic AI tooling not Github repo tooling.

### Proposed solution

Let use decide and use where they want to host git repo, it disable certain feature which can be github specific but should be working otherwise.
