Unable to select LLM models

### Short summary

I am unable to select different models in the copilot desktop app

v0.2.9

### Installation context

Installed in windows laptop

### What happened?

I have access to various models in my github copilot extension in VS Code. But in the copilot app which i downloaded and installed just now, I don't have. Not sure what is the issue here. Attached the screen shot here. I can only see Auto under the model selection.

If i try to chat, i get this error "Error: Execution failed: Error: No model available. Check policy enablement under GitHub Settings > Copilot" Don't know what to do
