Accepting the PR shows there's an issue, but it still doesn't tell you what it is:
### Steps to reproduce
1. Create a Pr that's out of date with your base branch
2. Review the PR in the app
3. Observe no mention of the PR being out of date with base branch
4. Approve the PR and see there's an error, but no mention what it is

Expectation is to see the same messaging the web provides which is
