Upon starting a new session, if there is a failure it would be nice to have access to the prompt or a retry button because right now we just get a Session creation failed, description and Open health check button. this basically made me loose my chain of thought, prompt etc. not a great experience

Start at the /chat session-creation flow and reproduce a failure on macOS to inspect the current failure screen. Done means the failed session preserves access to the entered prompt and provides a usable retry path, while retaining the existing health-check option.
