Create new session from issue or PR while grouped by Status or Last Updated

When grouped by Project, there is a button that allows for easily creating a new session from an issue or pull request. When grouped by Status or Last Updated, that gesture is not available.

This leads me to temporarily group by Project, start the new session from the issue/PR, and then re-group by Status or Last Updated.

从 /chat 视图开始，比较按 Project、Status 和 Last Updated 分组时 issue 或 pull request 的操作。当用户无需临时切换到按 Project 分组就能从 issue 或 pull request 创建新会话时，即表示完成。

由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
