Create new session from issue or PR while grouped by Status or Last Updated

When grouped by Project, there is a button that allows for easily creating a new session from an issue or pull request. When grouped by Status or Last Updated, that gesture is not available.

This leads me to temporarily group by Project, start the new session from the issue/PR, and then re-group by Status or Last Updated.

Start at the /chat view and compare the issue or pull request actions when grouped by Project, Status, and Last Updated. Done means users can create a new session from an issue or pull request without temporarily switching to Project grouping.
