Pick & Polish is broken in macOS in the most recent 1-2 releases. It used to be that you can drag&select inside the browser canvas to take a screenshot in the chat, but that is not working anymore and start to select (without releasing) immediately selects the underlying element.

Reproduce the issue in app version 1.1.12 on macOS 26.6.2 at the /chat path, using the GitHub theme. Compare drag-and-select behavior inside the browser canvas with the underlying element selection; done means a canvas drag selects a screenshot region without selecting the element beneath it.
