Default agent keeps spinnig up subagents with expensive models, eating all the credits in minutes.

Adding copilot-instructions.md won't prevent it.

I don't see any setting to turn this off, either.

Clarify the intended control for disabling automatic expensive-model subagents; done means the default agent no longer starts them unexpectedly or provides a usable setting to prevent it.
