Default agent keeps spinnig up subagents with expensive models, eating all the credits in minutes.

Adding copilot-instructions.md won't prevent it.

I don't see any setting to turn this off, either.

Reproduce the behavior in the /chat path on app version 1.1.12 using the reported Windows environment, and inspect whether copilot-instructions.md affects subagent creation. Clarify the intended control for disabling automatic expensive-model subagents; done means the default agent no longer starts them unexpectedly or provides a usable setting to prevent it.
