since a few days with custom model providers (opencode go, hetzner, ...) I get an "error" in the model picker:

only shows "Retry loading models" and a tooltip of "Failed to list session models: invalid argument: Session model list is available after the cloud session is connected."

Start at the /chat model picker and trace how it loads session models for custom providers such as opencode go and Hetzner. Reproduce the failure on Windows with app version 1.1.12, then verify that supported custom providers no longer show only “Retry loading models” when the cloud session is not connected.
