When I click the Commit button then it's not sending proper title & description.

When I click the Commit button then it's not sending proper title & description. Currently it's a static title. We need to add this feature.

Start in the /chat Commit button flow and inspect how the commit request is assembled and sent to GitHub. Done means the request contains a meaningful, non-static title and description appropriate to the committed work; verify the resulting commit details in GitHub.
