In a session, I see the last line as "Asking user" but no question prompt has popped up in that session, I just see the regular chat input box.

The insights view shows "Ask user" as still running in the primary session:

从 /chat 路径开始，并复现截图中显示的会话状态，同时以报告的应用版本和 Windows 环境作为上下文。跟踪常规聊天输入与 insights 视图之间的 "Ask user" 状态；当会话报告 "Asking user" 时问题提示可见，且活动不再被错误地显示为正在运行，即表示完成。
