Sometimes the app won't start.

Sometimes the app won't start. I go into Task Manager and there's one GH CP App process and MANY (40-ish) CP CLI processes that I have to kill before the app will launch again.

If I restart my computer, the "git.exe - application error" modal presents and I have to click "OK" dozens of times before I can restart.

Start by reproducing the failure on Windows 10.0.26200 with app version 1.1.10 at the /chat path. Inspect the GH CP App and CP CLI processes, along with the git.exe application error; the work is done when the app starts normally and restarting the computer does not produce repeated errors.
