- In the PR panel for a draft PR, tap on the `Reviewers` pill
- Add copilot
- Noticed copilot is added as a reviewer, then almost immediately removed.
- **Note**: If I collapse the PR panel, then display it again, then copilot is now visibly listed as a reviewer.
