It's somewhat confusing that skills are automatically adopted from other harnesses (I see "on device" skills that came from a local Codex install.) At first blush, it *appears* that disabling those skills causes same-name skills installed from a plugin inside Copilot to become inaccessible, but I haven't yet found logging to confirm or disprove that.

まず、macOS 上の app version 1.1.8 で /recent パスの skill list を再現し、別の harness から採用された skills と、Copilot plugin にある同名の skills を比較します。一方を無効にするともう一方にアクセスできなくなるか、また app が logging を提供しているかを確認します。動作が説明され、混乱を招く状態または不足している診断が解消されれば完了です。
