Setting to open links in external browser

It's nice to have a built-in browser, but some links I would still like to open in the default browser (e.g. Edge) as it has some cookies, settings etc. already configured.

The payload names no files, tests, or entry points. Begin by locating the built-in browser link handling and settings UI, then determine how users select the default browser for particular links. Done means the setting is accessible and selected links open externally while other links retain the built-in browser behavior.
