Description
The repo skills in my repo .agents/skills directory are not being discovered by the GitHub Copilot Desktop app. I need to manually tell the agent that a repo skill exists for it to discover and run the skill. This behavior is specific to the desktop app and does not happing when using GHCP in VS code.
