If I type a response while it's thinking - and hit CTRL+ENTER instead of just enter - the response is just swalled to /dev/null and ignore

Reproduce the issue on Windows 10.0.26200 in the /chat path using app version 1.0.25: type a response while the app is thinking and submit it with CTRL+ENTER. Done means the response is not swallowed or ignored and is handled consistently with the normal Enter action.
