Remote stays in Connecting

Remote stays in Connection.
When trying to Disable/Turn Off and back on, error 32603 popups up:
Remote control unavailable
Failed to update remote control: RPC error -32603: Request session.remote.enable failed with message: Failed to set up remote session. Ensure the working directory is a GitHub repository and you are authenticated.

Start at the /chat entry point and reproduce the remote staying in Connecting on Windows 10. Check the session.remote.enable failure and the disable/re-enable flow using the error details in the report. Done means the remote can be toggled off and on without error 32603 or remaining in Connecting.
