When new repository is added from github, I cannot ask a question directly, there is no textbox.

Instead I have to wait for it clone. This can take minutes (which is expected), but I should be allowed to write my propmpt and have it pending until the setup is done.

Right now I have to wait till the repo is ready, and then ask my question.

从 /chat 入口开始，跟踪从 GitHub 添加 repository 后显示的流程。检查克隆进行期间界面的行为。当用户可以在设置过程中输入 prompt，且该 prompt 一直处于待处理状态，直到 repository 准备就绪时，即表示完成。
