When new repository is added from github, I cannot ask a question directly, there is no textbox.
Instead I have to wait for it clone. This can take minutes (which is expected), but I should be allowed to write my propmpt and have it pending until the setup is done.
Right now I have to wait till the repo is ready, and then ask my question.

Start at the /chat entry point and trace the flow shown after a repository is added from GitHub. Check how the interface behaves while cloning is in progress. Done means a user can enter a prompt during setup, with that prompt remaining pending until the repository is ready.
