[Requests and ideas] Proactive PR comment and workflow status polling

One of the annoyances in the current setup is that there's no polling on active PRs to notify me of new comments. Without notification, I assume nobody has commented. So I end up having to check all my PRs/agent sessions manually and if there's a comment I can tell my agent to check it. Instead, if the app notified me I could immediately do that. The same applies for failing GitHub workflows on the PR. Why show me later on when you can poll and notify me that they're failing (and perhaps already analyze the failure with the agent)?
