Start in the /chat experience and reproduce the issue while reviewing a pull request on Windows. Compare selecting a line in the PR diff with selecting a line while viewing the file directly, then trace how each selection becomes agent context. Done means a selected diff line is visibly marked and available to the agent in the same way as a file-view selection.
