Description
In the PR view on the right side panel, when you select Reviewers, then Copilot, the UI gives a check like it's been requested, but when I check the website it hasn't. I still need to manually request via web UI. Verified that no Agents were running in the background via the Agents tab in GH web ui before requesting the run
