[Bugs] Multiple instances of same project/repo doesn't work well

Since I can't create folders under a project, I've been looking for a way to group related sessions. For instance, there is a ton of compliance work to do and I want to group those sessions together so I can stay on top of them.
I tried creating a new project pointing to the same repo and it worked. it shows up in the sidebar and doesn't contain the same sessions. I'm guessing this isn't necessarily a tested scenario though because if I "Customize..." one project and change the name, it changes the name of both projects.

Reproduce the issue by creating two projects that point to the same repository, then customize one project and compare its name and sessions with the other. Trace how project identity, names, and sessions are stored, and consider the issue done when each same-repository project can retain an independent name without sharing sessions.
