Edit an issue

Ability to edit an issue similar to how it is done in the browser

### What problem are you trying to solve?

It would be good to be able to edit issues in the app. There are times where issue titles and descriptions need to be changed and it would be good to do this without having to ask copilot to make the change.

### Proposed solution

When viewing an issue, in the top-right corner of the card, where the three dots are, add another option 'Edit' to give the user the ability to edit the content of the issue.

Start at the issue view and its three-dots menu in the top-right corner of the card. Compare the app's issue display with the browser behavior, then trace how issue titles and descriptions are loaded and saved. Done means users can choose Edit, change both fields, and persist those changes.
