Unable to work without creating a new worktree. I have few files that gitignore for analysis, but whenever we create a new session I am not able to work on that file.

Reproduce the issue in the /chat path on macOS 26.5.0 using files covered by .gitignore, then trace how new sessions select or create worktrees. Done means a new session can access those analysis files without requiring a new worktree.
