Input method can't use up/down arrow to select as those keys are used by Copilot

**Describe the bug**

on macOS up/down arrow are used to select character in Input method. However, it is also used by Copilot to switch between prompts.

- Copilot for Xcode: 0.44.148
- Xcode: 26.1 rc
- macOS: 26.0.1
