MCP server name cannot have space

**Describe the bug**
GitHub Copilot client composes invalid tool names from MCP servers whose name contains space

**Versions**
- Copilot for Xcode: 0.38.0
- Xcode: 16.2
- macOS: 14.7.6

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Configure a mcp server with the name having space in it, for example "Azure MCP Server".
2. Submit "Hi" and look at the log.

This in the log indicates that GitHub Copilot MCP client composed a tool name that is not valid.
