Allow updating multiple trees

I am just calling write on each file in the folder individually but this seems to randomly cause github to return Unprocessable Entity errors.

Is there a reliable way to write an entire folder of files?

This library is awesome and pulling from github is working great for me.

Start by reviewing the linked full code and tracing each individual write call that updates files in the folder. Determine how the library could update the entire folder reliably without GitHub returning Unprocessable Entity errors; done means the approach is documented or implemented and the reported failure is covered.
