Create File, Pull Request and More Examples

Aside from tests which most tend to ignore and go directly with actual testing, it would be nice to have more actual api examples to get a handle or familiarity with the api and perhaps leave the authentication blank if it is required on some to be filled out.

Review the repository's existing tests and API examples to identify how examples are currently presented. Add practical examples for creating files, pull requests, and other API operations, leaving authentication values blank where required; done means the examples clearly demonstrate usage beyond tests.
