deleteHook fix not available from NPM

While using the package installed from NPM, i notice that deleteHook had an error where "/repos/" was not prepended to the path. I subsequently noticed that there was a fix for this on January 30, 2017 here: https://github.com/github-tools/github/pull/418

Unfortunately, this fix does not seem to be included in any of the releases. When I install from npm, i still see the version with the bug. Would it be possible to roll this into a new release and published?
