Create release npm task

The releases should be automated (using `gren` 😅) in order to:

- Create the docs
- Generate release notes
- Update `CHANGELOG.md`

This could be done as a node script `release` and triggered by the pre-publish.

Start by inspecting the existing npm scripts and release flow, then review CHANGELOG.md and how the project currently creates documentation and release notes. Define the `release` Node task around gren and its pre-publish trigger; done means those steps run automatically and update the changelog during publishing.
