Support Hosted Source Maps for RN Hermes

### Description

Currently Hosted Source Maps are not supported at all for RN. Usage of hosted source maps in RN is not common as the bundled JS is shipped with the application package. The use case can be for companies who can't upload source maps due to internal policies.

For JSC (not recommended, not default) the support would mean only testing the current implementation and writing a documentation page, as it works the same as browser JS.

For Hermes we would need to update the `sentry-cli upload` command to support linking a source mapping url to a Hermes bytecode bundle.
