Check a test run of the Common suite on the `major/3.0` branch. At the end there's a lot of deprecation warnings. Not sure if they're all covered by other issues in this project — go over them and address.

Run the Common suite on the `major/3.0` branch and inspect the deprecation warnings reported at the end of the test run. Determine which warnings are already covered by other issues, address the remaining ones, and rerun the suite to verify the warnings are resolved.
