### Problem Statement

I would like to see websocket connections and state changes (breadcrumbs) on errors reported to Sentry so I can understand the error better.

### Solution Brainstorm

When a connection is open, add a breadcrumb.
When a connection state changes, add a breadcrumb.
When a connection is closed, add a breadcrumb.
