We want to add a E2E test with a real API key to test that this actually works.
Also add a variant for latest to make sure we notice breakage.

Start by locating the existing google-genai instrumentation and E2E test setup in the repository, then identify how tests receive a real API key and how a latest variant is configured. Done means the real-key E2E coverage runs for the pinned setup and the latest variant, exposing breakage in either path.
