cloudflare: No `tail_stream` or `trace` handler support

`withSentry` covers `fetch`, `scheduled`, `email`, `queue` and `tail`. `ExportedHandler` also allows `trace` (the older tail alias) and `tailStream` (streaming tail workers).

**Work item.** Confirm which of the two are still current in workerd, then add the missing wrapper(s) alongside `instrumentTail`.

**Prior art **getsentry/sentry-javascript#16233 added the `email`, `queue` and `tail` handlers and is the pattern to follow.

Start by locating the Cloudflare implementation of withSentry and the existing instrumentTail wrapper, then compare ExportedHandler with current workerd support for trace and tailStream. Follow the pattern from getsentry/sentry-javascript#16233 and verify that the supported missing handlers are wrapped alongside instrumentTail.
