Ensure DB instrumentations emit all db attributes

### Description

Several of our DB instrumentations don't emit all db attributes they could emit.

For example (but not fully audited!):
- `db.operation.name` missing in `mysql2`
- `db.collection.name` missing in supabase and a bunch of other integrations

Pulled this out of #23523 to avoid scope creep but we should fix this soon.

Audit the database instrumentations, starting with the mysql2 and Supabase integrations named in the issue. Compare the attributes each integration emits with the applicable db attributes, then verify that the missing attributes, including db.operation.name and db.collection.name where relevant, are emitted consistently across the audited integrations.
