Currently metrics will be sent on the client that lives on the current scope: [https://github.com/getsentry/sentry-javascript/blob/2f0d9dce1da79a2ae2ce64f2d0141189f9eeaeee/packages/core/src/metrics/internal.ts#L163]()
We want to provide an easy way for routing metrics to different DSNs just like we do with errors.
