### Description
We should drop transaction/trace-based profiler in v9, as afaik span-first does not support it.
This would include
- dropping `options.setProfilesSampleRate()`, as continuous profiling is controlled by `options.setProfileSessionSampleRate()`
- dropping the old profiler as well as the `isEnableLegacyProfiling` option
