Description
Refer to the [upstream proposal documentation](http://sdformat.org/tutorials?tut=custom_elements_attributes_proposal&cat=pose_semantics_docs&).
Maybe introducing a plugin-based system could allow downstream users to define their own custom XML data that ROD can parse. These elements could be interesting to add new functionality not present in any SDF specification.
