Description

**Original report ([archived issue](https://osrf-migration.github.io/sdformat-gh-pages/#!/osrf/sdformat/issues/99)) by Logan Tutt (Bitbucket: [ltutt](https://bitbucket.org/%7B8fc593ad-742f-4072-8f94-d74bc2b0ef33%7D/)).**

----------------------------------------
The axis of motion for screw joints seem to always be defined in the model frame instead of the child link frame, no matter what the tag is set to. Rotating the link or joint frame seems to have no effect on the screw axis direction.

Research direction

Start with the attached screw.world example and reproduce the screw-joint behavior while changing the link or joint frame and the tag. Trace the C++ screw-joint axis handling and verify that the axis follows the documented frame setting rather than always using the model frame.
