Create script or notebook with example DRS compliance tests

Using @jb-adams's [client library for DRS](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1r__WBokJuHibx3245tmc0Ak61XMda4Z-Ju3RDE-isRc/edit#heading=h.vib3ydfw8ve0), collect example test requests into a single script (or Jupyter notebook). This should be fine to work on independent of the larger testbed — converting the code later should be easier with working examples.

Start by reading the linked DRS client library documentation and identify the example requests needed for compliance testing. Collect those requests in one Python script or Jupyter notebook, and confirm that the examples work independently of the larger testbed and can later be converted into it.
